The Quality Analyst strengthens organizational quality, accreditation readiness, and population‑health performance across IDD and Behavioral Health/CCBHC programs. This role conducts Personal Outcome Measures (POM) interviews, analyzes outcomes and quality metrics, supports continuous quality improvement (CQI), and contributes to Community Needs Assessment (CNA) activities. The Analyst transforms qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that guide program improvement, strategic planning, and value‑based care initiatives.
