About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to analyze user requirements and automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Java applications and mainframe systems, ensuring the quality and efficiency of software deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in testing Java programs.
• Proven experience with DB2 and Postgres databases.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
• Excellent communication skills for user sign-off and collaboration.
• Proficient in using Jira for test management and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Strong experience with database technologies such as Postgres and DB2.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases for Java programs on distributed platforms.
• Execute test programs, update files, and validate results to ensure correctness.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for both program-level and user-level support.
