As a Quality Analyst, Senior within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Farmers Branch, TX or Birmingham, AL. Requirements

  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization.
  • Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs.
  • Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable.
  • Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
  • Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
  • Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback.
  • Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
  • Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services.
