Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization
Lab Report analysis
Test Lab Experience, preferably at the electronic component level
Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies
Data Management

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product defects to ensure timely order processing
Test and validate components for authenticity
Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliability of products.
Monitor and track defects, work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures
Keep track of client feedback and lab report data
Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered to and up to date
