About The Position

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking a Quality Administrator to join their team. The Quality Administrator will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and maintaining all documentation related to employee training and FAA/EASA documentation/manuals. This includes scheduling and overseeing employee training, updating FAA/EASA related manuals, and filing all relevant documents. The role also involves serving as backup to the Q.C. Inspector, monitoring repair work for safety, FAA compliance, and proper workmanship. The position is based at the Burbank, California facility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least 2 years of related experience in office administration or related field preferred
  • Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instruction
  • Multi-tasking a necessity
  • Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
  • Ability to type with accuracy and speed
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to project a positive, concerned image to the public
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, edits, and maintains all documentation related to employee training and FAA/EASA documentation/manuals.
  • Schedules and oversees employee training.
  • Updates all FAA/EASA related manuals.
  • Files all FAA/EASA Documents appropriately.
  • Serves as backup to the Q.C. Inspector, monitoring operations repair work for safety, FAA compliance and proper workmanship.
  • Maintains quality system documentation and controlled records.
  • Assists with manual revisions, tracking, and audit activities.
  • Supports corrective action follow-up and compliance documentation.
  • Maintains external provider and regulatory documentation records.
  • Assists Quality Management with administrative and compliance support activities.
