Toyota’s Quality Control (QC) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated QC Administrative professional. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Powertrain and Transaxle Divisions within Quality Control and Quality Engineering. Reporting to the Quality Control Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Quality department’s objective to provide optimal Quality Control and Quality Engineering support at all levels of the Powertrain and Transaxle Divisions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia (TMMWV).

Requirements

• Prior Administrative professional experience
• Calendar management using Outlook
• Exemplary time management skills
• Knowledge of Excel and use of intermediate level formulas
• Independent self-starter
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines for each
• Right to work in the United States and not require Toyota support or sponsorship for immigration-related employment now or in the future.
