Requirements

Proficiency in use of Microsoft office products; Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

Basic experience in reading Blueprints
Possess basic Gauging knowledge

Responsibilities

Transcribing handwritten or printed documents into digital form
Updating and maintaining databases with current information
Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy
Sorting and organizing data
Importing and exporting data between data dump software into Excel spreadsheets
Scanning documents to retain per customer requirements
Edit Hot Lists throughout the day as new jobs come into the Lab
Email Hot Lists out to Lab Director and Facilities Quality Manager
Create Certificates of Conformance for products that are to be shipped
Scan all documents for retention per customer requirements
