The Qualitative Testing Program Manager owns the end-to-end qualitative copy testing program for the Content Development team. This role sits at the intersection of research operations, content quality, and cross-functional collaboration — ensuring that writers, editors, and key stakeholders have the insights they need to produce content that is clear, resonant, and effective for enterprise audiences. This is not a writing or editing role. It is a program management and research operations role that requires a strong understanding of qualitative research methodology, content strategy, and the ability to operate with precision and efficiency in a high-volume, process-driven environment. The Qualitative Testing Program Manager manages the full lifecycle of the qualitative copy testing program. This includes developing and maintaining the program in partnership with a qualitative testing platform, onboarding new test creators, reviewing and approving all tests before launch to ensure quality control, and reviewing all post-test analyses. The program manager coordinates with writing and editing leads on more complex tests and maintains comprehensive documentation for the program. In addition, the program manager identifies best-in-class tests to present as enablement sessions to writers, editors, and other key stakeholders. The role operates against a 3-business-day SLA from initial intake to test launch.
