About The Position

Processes all pickup and delivery requests for the Fleet/Lease department. Responsible to see that each account’s specific directives are followed for this process.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good basic math skills
• Detail oriented
• Able to multi-task
• High school diploma
• At least two years previous office experience in a multi-task situation
• Able to learn job specific computer programs
• Able to utilize Word and Excel as required

Responsibilities

• Logs all pick up orders and processes as required to assure timely transport of vehicles to the auction.
• Processes all paperwork for the above and keeps files current.
• Update customers on status of their accounts in a timely manner.
• Monitor incoming logs to assure all arriving units are stocked in, in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
