About The Position

Canterbury Nursing & Rehab is hiring a full-time Qualified Medication Aide for day and evening shifts. The role involves building meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and using medication aide skills to support their physical and psychosocial well-being. The aide contributes to a comforting, engaging environment and works with nursing and facility teams to provide coordinated care. Requirements

• Successfully complete a state-approved training program in medication administration.
• Hold an Indiana QMA license.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities
