In addition, the QMA will: Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervise caregivers and respond to situations based on QMA nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol Report on the condition of patients to the appropriate supervisor and other staff members Perform tasks that are within the scope of his/her educational preparation, knowledge and local, state and federal guidelines and the policies of the facility Expanded and renovated in 2017, Auburn Village is recognized as one of the premier skilled nursing facilities in Indiana. Requirements

Must be certified as a QMA in the state of Indiana
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility for at least 1 year
Be able to pass a complete background and reference checks
Have a history of good attendance; reliable transportation and on-time arrival
