Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Meeting the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) requirements as defined in Federal Medicaid Regulations
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Effective writing/typing and documentation/record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing team-based concepts for the coordination, supervision, and provision of residential services and day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Facilitating the effective coordination of Comprehensive Functional Assessments (CFAs) at Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), ensuring that each individual's needs are met and that they receive the highest quality of care.
