Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent
At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Meeting the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) requirements as defined in Federal Medicaid Regulations
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Effective writing/typing and documentation/record-keeping abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Utilizing team-based concepts for the coordination, supervision, and provision of residential services and day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Facilitating the effective coordination of Comprehensive Functional Assessments (CFAs) at Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), ensuring that each individual's needs are met and that they receive the highest quality of care.
