Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) with Relocation Assistance
About The Position
We are looking for a leader and an experienced Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. This role involves building and designing a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents, overseeing clinic operations for efficacy and efficiency, and fostering a positive team culture. The position also includes supervising and mentoring the Autism Service Team, establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity. Collaboration with other team members is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
- Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
- Must be a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)

- 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
- Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred

Responsibilities
