About The Position

SAIC is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to support the MIDAS Weights and Characterization programs. This role involves analyzing munitions-related engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical data. The applicant will be responsible for conducting research and entering data directly into the MIDAS program. Excellent computer skills and the ability to utilize various databases are essential. A critical skill for this position is the ability to read, interpret, and extract data from drawings. The role also requires performing research on subject material constituents and contacting various vendors to compile vendor data.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical program.
• AS degree or higher.
• Solid background in drafting and/or CAD modeling.
• Ability to read and extract information from engineering drawings.
• Ability to obtain full secret clearance (interim secret required to start).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to utilize various databases.

• Desire to stay in a position long-term, as position takes a tremendous amount of training to become effective in the completion of characterization packages.
