About The Position

The Quadcone Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. This role involves performing various functions critical to the production process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
• All employees are responsible for the quality and food safety of all products produced in this facility.

Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients using Metric/American weight conversion.
• Accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the Quadcone Department.
• Cross-training in Littleford blending is required.
• Legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Maintain or exceed established line efficiencies.
• Comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by Bay Valley Foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
