About The Position
As a Quality Management System Technician, you’ll keep our quality engine tuned and audit-ready—so every process behind the aircraft parts we build is controlled, traceable, and improving. You’ll maintain QMS documentation and records, support internal audits and corrective actions, track nonconformances and metrics, and help teams align to procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience supporting a quality management system in a manufacturing environment
- Comfort working with controlled documents, data, and detailed records
- Familiarity with audits, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement tools
- Clear communication, strong follow-through, and a safety-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Maintain QMS documentation and records
- Support internal audits and corrective actions
- Track nonconformances and metrics
- Help teams align to procedures and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing open items, recent changes, and what needs to be ready for upcoming reviews
- Answering questions, clarifying what "good" looks like, and keeping information flowing
- Updating trackers, organizing what’s next, and leaving the QMS cleaner and clearer than you found it
