Jackson County Mental Health Forensic & Court Mandated Programs is seeking to hire three QMHP’s in the following areas: PSRB Case Monitor, Civil Commitment Pre-Commitment Investigator, and Aid & Assist Forensic Therapist/Jail Liaison. The PSRB Case Monitor provides ongoing case management and monitoring for individuals under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB), coordinating with treatment providers, residential programs, community partners, and PSRB to monitor compliance with conditions of release, support successful community placement, and respond to changes in risk, treatment needs, or legal status. The Civil Commitment Pre-Commitment Investigator conducts pre-commitment investigations for individuals who may meet Oregon’s criteria for civil commitment, interviewing individuals and collateral contacts, reviewing clinical and legal information, assessing statutory commitment criteria, and preparing documentation to support court proceedings. This role works closely with hospitals, treatment providers, law enforcement, attorneys, and the courts. The Aid & Assist Forensic Therapist/Jail Liaison serves as a liaison between the mental health system, county jail, courts, and community partners for individuals involved in the Aid and Assist process, providing case coordination and monitoring, supporting connection to treatment and restoration services, and assisting with court-related requirements.
