Jackson County Mental Health is seeking an ACT Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The ACT Team focuses on delivering intensive, community-based, therapeutically informed support to individuals facing severe and persistent mental illnesses. Our multi-disciplinary team is dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment and personalized care plans, aimed at promoting recovery and enhancing quality of life. We emphasize collaboration, evidence-based practices, and a client-centered approach to ensure that each individual receives the tailored support they need to thrive in their community and achieve their goals. We provide ongoing training specific to this program and applicable to overall counseling skills.
