About The Position
QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Requirements
- Current Colorado QMAP Certification required
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- A love for seniors
Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
- Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care
