We are looking for a flexible, high-energy Float QMAP to support our various locations. Premium Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour on top of our standard rates for your flexibility and expertise. Requirements
- Must hold a Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) certification.
- Total commitment to a flexible schedule and the ability to work at different locations as needed.
- Must be highly dependable, especially when covering urgent staffing needs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or memory care experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications with precision and care in full compliance with Colorado regulations across various households.
- Provide gentle, dignified assistance with ADLs, quickly adapting to the specific needs of different residents.
- Use your expertise to respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the local household team.
