As a QMAP or Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide personal care and to administer medications (if QMAP), as prescribed and within the scope outlined in the relevant regulations, to the residents in our community. If you have not received your QMAP, please only perform caregiving duties. Once you have received your QMAP and have gone through QMAP training and had a satisfactory shadowing review by a QMAP Trainer/Coordinator, you will perform the QMAP duties as outlined in this job description. Delegated responsibility to perform duties as stated in The Community Policies and Procedures and in compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. Our QMAP will play an integral role in providing our residents with the care they need by ensuring they receive their prescribed medications accurately and on time.
