We’re looking for an experienced QMAP who understands that excellent memory care means medication safety, skilled hands-on support, and a presence that feels like family.
Requirements
- Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) is required.
- Must be dependable and committed to a consistent schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or memory care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely handle and record medications in full compliance with Colorado regulations.
- Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs in a gentle, respectful manner.
- Recognize and respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
