Experience different residential environments and build relationships with a diverse group of residents across our homes. Requirements

Must hold a Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) certification.
Total commitment to a flexible schedule and the ability to work at different locations as needed.
Must be highly dependable, especially when covering urgent staffing needs.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving or memory care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer medications with precision and care in full compliance with Colorado regulations across various households.
Provide gentle, dignified assistance with ADLs, quickly adapting to the specific needs of different residents.
Use your expertise to respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the local household team.
