Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 1 year experience performing document handling and filing tasks.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (i.e. excel, word, outlook, etc).
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year work experience in performing process audits.
  • 1 year work experience in maintaining working logs, scanning documents, labelling, etc.
  • A current/active US Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and update data in manual logging systems, files, computer spreadsheets and databases.
  • General standard reports, summaries, trends, graphs and other similar documentation for review of assigned databases and files.
  • Review nonconformance reports and other quality documents for completeness and accuracy. Add any required information and identify incomplete or inaccurate data and resolve discrepancies and required based on established guidelines.
  • Prepare Quality Assurance documentation for transmittal to the customer and other departments where procedures are established.
  • Issue and control the distribution of inspection forms, instruction check lists, etc.
  • Establish and maintain various files and records, auditing documents for completeness and accuracy prior to filling.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of department systems and procedures as they relate to position responsibilities.
  • Perform work of equal or lower code level as required.
