Position Overview: QIDP Technician As a QIDP Technician, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are: Client-centered Strengths-based Professional and compassionate Make a Difference Every Day — Become a QIDP Technician Are you looking for a role where you can truly change lives? Imagine being the reason This role functions as a member of the Inpatient Team bridging direct care and program leadership within the ICF program. This position models therapeutic interventions, promotes programming fidelity, assists with onboarding of new staff, and coordinates key youth-centered activities that support social-emotional development, clinical goals, and daily structure. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment with individual programming and contributing to a positive, structured, and engaging treatment environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or ability to obtain within 6 months) in social work or a related human services field
  • At least six months experience working with children with an intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities
  • Current Certified Medication Management Certification or receive certification within 90 days of hire
  • If approved for driving on behalf of the agency- must be able to meet agency’s driver eligibility in order to safely transport youth to/from program and community activities as directed by the agency
  • Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or the ability to be certified within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities
