About The Position

The QIDP Support Coordinator provides clinical and documentation support within Intermediate Care Facility(ICF/IID) Residential programs. The position works directly with the Assistant Director of Operations and QIDP team to support regulatory compliance, active treatment documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and continuity of clinical services across ICF homes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field required.
  • Meet qualifications for QIDP under ICF/IID regulations.
  • Knowledge of ICF/IID regulations
  • Knowledge of Active treatment requirements
  • Knowledge of ISP/IPP development
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and survey standards
  • Knowledge of Clinical documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of Incident management systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in ICF/IID residential services preferred.
