About The Position

Assist the TCL Department in Quality Control. Monitor all aspects of Quality Assurance within the department. To standardize the duties of this position and to ensure that personnel adhere to the Corporate Policy and Procedures. The directives are to ensure that the product meets or exceeds the specifications set forth by the customer and/or the TCL Department.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent is preferred.
• Good statistical and analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Quality Control and Production experience desirable.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training all new employees (permanent or temporary to be familiar with the process and procedures related to the job function.
• Complies with all written and verbal safety rules and procedures.
• Know and be able to perform all winder tasks and duties when needed.
• Responsible for monitoring Quality Standards.
• Must be able to read and understand sequence reports and tally sheets.
• Must be able to perform proper procedures for Quality Assurance on all types of bags.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Supervisor/ Operations Manager.
