About The Position

Regeneron is seeking a QC Supervisor to join its QC Drug Product Packaging team and support the Quality Control organization. This on-site role provides front-line support for laboratory activities related to testing and releasing Drug Product Packaging and Medical Device Components. The position contributes to a fast-growing, science-driven organization focused on developing medicines for people with serious diseases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, with at least 5 years of progressive, relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Experience working in a GMP environment.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills to manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
• Clear and effective communication with direct reports, peers, and leadership.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• A master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC staff, distribute workload, and monitor progress.
• Review study protocols and reports.
• Attend meetings to stay informed about development and manufacturing priorities and activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable cGMP regulations and SOPs.
• Organize laboratory investigations and assay troubleshooting as needed.
• Perform personnel management functions, including submitting timesheets, scheduling vacations, supporting personnel development, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Write and revise SOPs, methods, protocols, and reports.
• Oversee daily operations in the area.
• Support internal and regulatory audits.
• Ensure personnel receive proper and prompt training.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained.
