Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of GLP laboratory experience or an advanced degree.
  • Chemistry or related scientific field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wet chemistry and analytical techniques.
  • Experience with auto titrators, pH/buffer analysis, and Karl Fischer titration.
  • Experience with FTIR, UV-Vis, and fluorescence spectroscopy.
  • Experience with GC, HPLC, and LCMS preferred.
  • Experience with LIMS and quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of GLP, GMP, data integrity, and good documentation practices.
  • Method validation and transfer experience preferred.
  • Strong OOS investigation and technical writing skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to follow EHS requirements and wear required PPE.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
  • Commitment to laboratory safety, cleanliness, and 6S standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GC, HPLC, and LCMS preferred.
  • Method validation and transfer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex analytical testing using approved methods.
  • Analyze raw materials and production samples accurately and precisely.
  • Execute validated test methods and support method development and validation.
  • Investigate OOS results and quality issues.
  • Document analytical testing and investigations.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments.
  • Perform wet chemistry, titration, pH, buffer, and Karl Fischer testing.
  • Conduct spectrophotometric and chromatographic analyses.
  • Use LIMS and quality management systems.
  • Follow GLP, EHS, safety, PPE, and data integrity requirements.
  • Review COSHH documents and complete risk assessments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Author technical investigation reports.
  • Maintain 6S housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with QC, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Complete testing within required timelines.
