About The Position
In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring product quality and smooth laboratory operations. This position offers hands-on experience in a regulated laboratory environment, exposure to quality systems and compliance practices, and the development of strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as cross-functional communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
- Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
Responsibilities
- Review and verify incoming samples for accuracy and completeness
- Organize, label, and maintain proper storage of all materials
- Coordinate and deliver samples to Quality Control (QC) labs for testing
- Support efficient lab workflows by ensuring timely sample handling
- Follow all regulatory and company guidelines to maintain compliance
- Help uphold high standards for documentation and data integrity
- Perform routine monitoring of temperature, environmental conditions, and/or CO₂ levels
- Document results and flag any irregularities
- Partner with internal teams and communicate with external clients when needed
- Build strong working relationships across functions
