QC Sample Management Technician

This position is part of the Quality Control located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. You will be a part of the Quality Control Biochemistry team and report to the QC Biochemistry Supervisor responsible for oversight of Quality Control sample management and analytical testing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience performing data entry and maintaining records in electronic databases or document control systems.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to follow written procedures and work in compliance with GMP or regulated quality systems.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in a scientific or related field preferred.
- Experience coordinating sample shipments with outsourced testing laboratories.
- Prior experience generating or reviewing Certificates of Analysis or quality documentation.
- Experience working in a Quality Control or regulated laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance of Quality Control Department
- Provide administrative and documentation support for Quality Control records, databases, and Certificates of Analysis.
- Support laboratory operations through inventory management, reagent stocking, and general QC office coordination
