About The Position
As part of our Quality Control support team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our lab operations running smoothly and compliantly. This role is a great fit for early talent seeking to develop experience in a regulated laboratory environment. Develop real‑world experience in a laboratory and quality‑driven environment. Build a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and sample handling. Work alongside experienced scientists and quality professionals. Develop transferable skills in documentation, accuracy, and cross‑functional communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
- Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
- Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
- Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
- Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed
