About The Position

The QC Plating Inspector I is responsible for inspecting plated products to verify conformance with internal quality standards and customer requirements. This role requires a commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology, performance, and innovation within the aerospace and defense industries. Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent.
Must be able to retain information.
Must have legible handwriting.

Requires minimal supervision to perform everyday tasks.
Demonstrates strong independent thinking with problem solving skills.
Effectively give completion dates.

Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are necessary for manipulating tools and performing precise measurements with a Microscope.
Specific vision ability to have natural or corrected near distance acuity in at least one eye. Capable of passing the Jaeger Number 2 test and a color vision test.
Promote teamwork and cooperative effort.
Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area.
Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes.

Initiate Nonconformance Reports as required.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by area Lead.
Follow daily clean up and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and work-related rules and regulations.
Read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
