About The Position

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Quality Control, Pack, Shipping Warehouse Associate to ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. This role involves working in one of the following areas: Picking, Packing, Shipping, or Inventory. The company's mission is to save coaches and administrators time by providing excellent service platforms, allowing them more time to impact young lives. Requirements

• Minimum one year of Quality experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Moderate understanding of quality control standards and techniques.
• 2 years in-depth SAP experience.
• Learning tasks quickly is detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
• Strong time management and attention to timelines.
• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
• Pulls orders from locations.
• Ensures orders are complete and accurate.
• Stages order/s correctly at shipping stations.
• Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
• Ensures warehouse goals are met.
• Maintains a high level of health and safety standards.
• Shrink wraps products to pallets.
• Loads delivery vehicles.
• Packs warehouse orders as necessary.
• Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked.
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.
