About The Position

BSN Sports, a Varsity Achievement Brand, is looking to hire a Quality Control, Pack, Shipping Warehouse Associate to ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. This role requires effective communication in spoken English, participation in meetings, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and organization skills, be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and able to work in a structured, process-oriented environment. The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, learn quickly, be accurate, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance is essential. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) are also required.

Requirements

Minimum one year of Quality experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Basic blueprint reading skills.
Moderate understanding of quality control standards and techniques.
2 years in-depth SAP experience
Learning tasks quickly is detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
Strong time management and attention to timelines.
HS Diploma or GED (required)
1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
Lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
