About The Position

Lohman Therapy Systems North America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products by conducting routine analytical testing on in-process and finished goods. You will work independently and as part of a team to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in the laboratory. This is a full-time, onsite role located in West St. Paul, MN. Working hours are 8:00a – 5:00pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory environment.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, including pH, water content, and HPLC.
  • Experience using chromatographic software (Empower 3 preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aseptic technique and TOC.
  • Experience with dissolution and GC.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot typical analytical (HPLC) instrumentation problems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine quality control analysis of in-process and finished goods, including: Bench work such as solution preparation, pH, water content, HPLC, dissolution, and transdermal physical testing.
  • Stability testing according to established protocols.
  • Environmental monitoring of production clean rooms.
  • Equipment cleaning verification.
  • Perform QC review of data records.
  • Draft stability program protocols and reports.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (cGMP, cGLP, USP).
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities within the laboratory.
  • Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation problems (HPLC).
