About The Position

Your Eyes. Their Safety. Our Mission. The military depends on precision. At GTC, our Quality Control Inspectors are the last line of defense before our parts reach the people who need them most. If you take pride in getting it right — every part, every time — this is the role where that matters most. And while you're protecting the mission, we're protecting your future. Through our Ownership For All program, every eligible employee earns an ownership stake in GTC. You're not just inspecting parts here. You're building something that's partly yours. Your wins aren't just good for the company — they're good for you.
