About The Position

Join our Quality Microbial Control team and play a key role in supporting the production and release of life-saving therapies. In this role, you will contribute to critical microbiological testing and ensure high-quality, timely results that support manufacturing and patient safety. This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Quality Control or microbiology laboratory environment
  • Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve moderately complex problems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present and document results clearly
  • Proficiency with laboratory systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality and safety

Responsibilities

  • Perform microbiological testing to support in-process, lot release, and stability studies for drug products
  • Execute environmental, utility, and HVAC monitoring and sampling throughout the facility
  • Analyze and review microbiological assay data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
  • Apply company procedures and quality standards to complete a variety of laboratory tasks
  • Identify and assess deviations from standard practices, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Utilize laboratory systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity principles, cGMP requirements, and internal quality policies
