About The Position

As a QC Analyst II, Chromatography, you will play an important role in supporting the release of in-process and final product drug lots through analytical testing and quality control activities. Working within a GMP-regulated laboratory, you will perform chromatography-based assays, troubleshoot laboratory equipment, review data, and support customer stability studies. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HPLC experience who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related science field
Limited experience in a laboratory or regulated environment preferred
Basic understanding of laboratory with chromatography and HPLC systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience training or mentoring others is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform chromatography testing to support in-process, final product, and stability testing activities
Execute analytical assays including Protein A, SEC, CEX, HIC, pH, conductivity, and reagent preparation
Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC systems, pH meters, conductivity meters, and pipettes
Review analytical data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of results
Train and mentor analysts on laboratory methods and procedures
Support campaign readiness by ensuring reagents, materials, and equipment are available and maintained
Review and update laboratory documentation, procedures, and quality records
Initiate and support quality investigations, equipment tag-outs, and related quality system activities
Participate in audit readiness activities and help maintain an inspection-ready laboratory environment
Apply data integrity principles and GMP requirements in all aspects of laboratory work
