About The Position

As a QC Analyst I, Microbial Control, you will support quality testing that helps bring therapies to patients. Working with the Quality Microbial Control team, you will perform testing, monitoring, and sampling activities and deliver high-quality, timely results supporting manufacturing operations and customer programs. This is a fully site-based role in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with a 10-hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Wednesday, and a weekend pay differential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data accurately.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field.
Experience in a laboratory or quality control environment.

Responsibilities

Perform microbial testing supporting in-process, lot release, and stability studies.
Support utility and HVAC environmental monitoring and sampling activities throughout the facility.
Use laboratory computer systems and Microsoft Office applications to document and manage data.
Apply data integrity principles in compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
Analyze test results and identify deviations from established practices when required.
Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality requirements.
Perform additional laboratory and quality-related duties as assigned.
