About The Position

Contract Safety Professionals LLC (CSP) is actively placing QAQC Managers on hyperscale data center projects across Texas with a leading general contractor. These are high-visibility, mission critical builds with immediate start dates available. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. Dallas, TX: 2 openings - - Immediate start. Freestone, TX: 1 opening - - Immediate start. Turkey, TX: 2 openings - - Start date TBD.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in a QC Manager, superintendent, or field engineering role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Equivalent field experience considered.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage submittals, RFIs, and quality inspections on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate across trades, owners, and design teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience on mission critical, data center, healthcare, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Control (CQC) Certification.
  • Familiarity with Tier-level data center redundancy requirements and MEP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan, including inspection procedures and documentation protocols.
  • Conduct field inspections across all construction scopes and verify material storage and installation for conformance with plans and specifications.
  • Apply technical expertise in Tier-level data center requirements, redundancy systems, and building envelope tightness.
  • Oversee submittal review and approval coordination with the architect/engineer; maintain a complete and current submittal log throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process to resolve field conflicts efficiently and without delay to the schedule.
  • Track procurement and delivery of materials to ensure timely on-site availability and compliance with contract documents.
  • Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and conformance to specifications and drawings.
  • Facilitate quality meetings and support the project team in resolving quality-related conflicts in the field.
  • Manage QC documentation in Procore and related construction management systems.
