About The Position

QAPI Specialist (RN or PT) Hillcrest Home & Community Services is currently seeking a clinically strong, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about improving outcomes, driving accountability, and partnering with operational leaders to elevate quality across the organization. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) license required
3+ years of experience in healthcare (long-term care, rehab, or post-acute preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work across multiple sites and teams

Nice To Haves

Experience with QAPI, quality improvement, infection control, or compliance strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with Directors of Nursing, Therapy, and operational leaders to drive improvement plans
Support survey readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts
Track, trend, and report key quality metrics and outcomes
Provide education and guidance on quality improvement processes and best practices
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
