About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a QA, Training, and Documentation Lead for an upcoming project opportunity with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). This role is for the LADWP - Natural Gas Energy Trading and Risk Management Software project, which requires implementation, support, maintenance, training, documentation, and customization of the software. The lead will be responsible for planning testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user/admin training, documentation, acceptance evidence, and ensuring readiness for post-go-live support. The consultant will need to review project scope, background materials, deadlines, and client requirements, and provide role-specific materials as requested by FuntoNetwork. Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential, as is supporting quality control, status updates, and readiness for their assigned portion of the work.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing, UAT, user/admin training, documentation, acceptance evidence, and post-go-live support readiness.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
