About The Position
Our client is looking for Someone who can dig deep into the areas of people, processes, and technology to determine what it means to be a quality engineer. This includes: Providing a definition of the process, procedures, and expectations we have for QA Engineers Strategizing on how to measure QA performance Planning the tools needed to have highly engaged engineers
Requirements
- Thought leader in quality engineering
- Expert and experience in QA metrics (releases, performance, initiatives)
- Has templates/framework we can use or experience creating them for other organizations
Responsibilities
- Define best practices on how is work done from inception to delivery
- Define and roll out processes for quality engineers (Center of Excellence)
- Strategize on how to measure QA performance
- Plan the tools needed to have highly engaged engineers
