Remote QA Tester (Entry to Mid-Level)
About The Position
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about building a career in Quality Assurance (QA). This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to work on real-time projects and gain hands-on experience aligned with current industry expectations. This role is part of a structured Hire-Train-Deploy model, where selected candidates may undergo a short-term, instructor-led training program aligned with client requirements before placement. Hands-on training based on real-time projects, resume preparation and interview coaching are included, followed by direct client marketing after training completion.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts
- Familiarity with SDLC & STLC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar is a plus
- Exposure to automation testing (Selenium / Java)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing on web-based applications
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira
- Validate APIs using tools like Postman
- Work closely with developers and product teams in Agile environments
- Ensure product quality through end-to-end testing
