About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a QA Test Lead for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position within the Commercial Credit Technology organization. The role involves test planning and orchestration for large-scale, multi-system test efforts, developing and executing test automation, managing test activities, and ensuring high-quality product delivery in a CI/CD environment. The position requires 3 days onsite.

Requirements

University Degree or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of Test Lead experience
5-7 years of Banking domain experience supporting Commercial Credit
5-8 years of hands-on Test Automation development and execution experience in a structured CI/CD environment
Experience with at least one of the following test automation tools: Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium
Experience in version control tools like Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce
Experience working on projects using Agile methodologies
At least 2 years of project management/lead experience
Proven ability to write and execute detailed test scripts
Experience in using one or more SDLC tools such as Rally or JIRA

Nice To Haves

Previous experience implementing test automation in an Agile SCRUM development environment
Expertise in one or more languages such as Java EJB, VBScripts, JavaScript, VBA, SQL, HTML, Python, Perl, or .Net
Proven experience supporting Production releases and resolving problems
Extensive experience working in a SAFe Agile and onsite/offshore model
Understanding of Credit Underwriting Technologies
Knowledge of nCino
Experience on Lightning implementations in Salesforce CRM
Working knowledge of ETL/Informatica

Responsibilities

Plan and orchestrate large-scale multi-project/multi-system test efforts
Develop detailed Program Increment level test plans
Execute automation scripts, prepare execution reports, and log defects
Perform test and impact analysis on feature and story level
Define integration test scenarios and facilitate acceptance criteria definition
Coordinate user acceptance test (UAT) and end-to-end (E2E) analysis and test activities with upstream/downstream stakeholders
Coordinate test environments and test data
Create test metrics and report on test activities
Manage and maintain testing-related documentation, including test plans and project plans
Provide proactive software quality assurance process assistance
