About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on QA Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing efforts within a Multi-Agent System (MAS) environment. This role requires strong leadership in automation, integration testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality releases. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.

Requirements

Strong QA leadership experience in complex or distributed (MAS) environments.
Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
Solid background in integration and system testing.
Experience with Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
Design and maintain automation frameworks and scalable test suites.
Oversee integration and system testing across distributed agents and components.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate requirements and quality standards.
Manage defect lifecycle using standard tracking tools.
Mentor QA team members and enforce best practices.
Monitor progress and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tooling.
