We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and is committed to delivering high quality service with high-performance results. This position will assist the Quality Manager in quality control and quality assurance during production. This person will spend most of their time on the production floor.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be detailed oriented and have excellent follow-up skills
  • Must demonstrate basic math skills
  • Must be proficient in reading and writing
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Pre-operation inspections
  • Monitoring Critical control points
  • Raw & Finished product evaluation (code dates, weight, quality, etc.)
  • Verifying labels
  • Performing shelf-life evaluations
  • Monitoring GMP & Safety compliance of employees in production
  • Adhering to GSFI policies and procedures
  • Must always work safely and comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Compliance with Wild Leaf Beverage policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
