Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Requirements

Proficient in conducting detailed analytical evaluations using scientific methods.
Skilled in utilizing and maintaining analytical instrumentation and equipment.
Ensures compliance with quality standards and procedures within team operations.
Identifies and resolves typical operational issues using established methods.
Capable of interpreting and analyzing data to support quality assessments.
Communicates moderately complex technical information clearly within the team.
Maintains high accuracy and precision in performing technical tasks.
Strictly follows established standard operating procedures and scientific methodologies.
Efficiently manages own workload to meet deadlines and team objectives.
Accurately records and maintains documentation of analytical processes and results.
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain necessary authorizations.

Responsibilities

Performs detailed inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Utilizes analytical scientific methods to collect, interpret, and report data related to product quality and process performance.
Accurately documents inspection results, test procedures, and quality reports following standard operating procedures.
Identifies and resolves quality related issues by applying established analytical methods and selecting appropriate solutions.
Communicates technical information effectively within the team to support quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
