About The Position

The QA Tech will be responsible for conducting QA audits to ensure Company standards and product integrity are maintained. This role involves working closely with management to resolve quality or production issues, evaluating and taking corrective action on labeling and product movement, and assisting in the education of team members. The QA Tech will also act as a source for critical quality issues and perform HACCP and quality tests and audits, along with other relevant duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Previous quality experience in a food manufacturing environment required.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• HACCP certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits, ensuring Company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved.
• Work closely with management to resolve any quality or production issues.
• Evaluate and take corrective action regarding labeling and product movement.
• Assist in the education and instruction of team members throughout the facility.
• Act as source of critical quality issues.
